Since 1986 Dan and his team of seasoned advisors have helped clients develop, buy,sell, finance, or sell/leaseback over $1,000,000,000 (US$ one billion) in real estate including over 120 properties occupied by Walgreens, CVS, or Rite Aid. Dan's clients include institutional and high net worth investors including such celebrity clients as George and Gavin Maloof, owners of the Sacramento Kings and Preston Keogh, son of congressman Eugene Keogh of the "The Keogh Plan". Dan is a CPA and has worked at the former "Big 8" accounting firm of Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche). Dan also has an MBA from U.C. Berkeley's Haas School of Business in real estate and marketing, a BA from Queens College in economics and accounting, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1986 with a specialization in single tenant net leased properties
Haley Nekota

​Haley began her real estate career after working in hotel sales for major chains including Noble House Hotels & Hilton for many years and then working as a residential agent serving all of Northern California. In 2019 she transitioned to commercial real estate and began working for LemRx Realty Advisors. She has quickly become an expert in investment purchase and sales of national credit single tenant net leased properties and has expanded into the STNL medical space to focus on the increasing demand for single tenant medical properties such as DaVita Dialysis and Fresenius serving the huge baby boomer demographic in the U.S. She also specializes in property management and lease extensions and has successfully extended leases for tenants such as Starbucks, Brookshire's Grocery & Pharmacy and Rite Aid.

John is a former Wall Street veteran engaged primarily with structured finance and derivatives for such international companies as Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Solomon Smith Barney. He is also a part time net lease investor whose specialty is buyer representation.

John has successfully worked with individuals, families and companies in buying and selling their properties in varied scenarios. John brings the added benefit of close and personal knowledge of the NNN real estate market and its many peculiarities through his involvement from a young age assisting with his own family's commercial portfolio and residential properties. He is a strong negotiator and always remaining focused on his clients’ needs and goals.

He has quickly advanced in the commercial real estate industry by working as an integral part of a team that has sold dozens of STNL deals over the last couple of years. Jason Witt, Senior Commercial Advisor has been an integral part of the LemRx Realty Advisors team since 2010. With over $350 million dollars in retail net leased sales, Jason provides leadership and strategic oversight with the knowledge and ability to manage the most complicated and time sensitive transactions. Jason has proven to be on the cutting edge of market and industry changes, with the unique ability to identify, up and coming industry opportunities, qualify and close the most complex of exchanges. Jason specializes in servicing REITs, Private Home Offices and institutional investors, as well as having worked on asset repositioning and lease restructurings.
Guy Woods

Guy Woods has been in the real estate business since 1978, throughout the years acting as a consultant, principal, and broker. As a business owner in the early 1990's, Guy bought two chemical companies and merged the businesses into one large company with trademarked products that sell to large chains and retail stores including Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and other well known chain stores. In 2005, Mr. Woods began working for LemRx Realty Advisors where he has sold Walgreens and other net leased deals. Mr Woods has a finance Degree from San Francisco State University and is a member of the International business Fraternity Delta Sigma Pi.
Carl Lopa

Carl Lopa is a consummate business professional having worked for Bank of America and Wells Fargo & Co. as a premier banking manager. His primary focus was to ensure the retention and growth of the banks’ top 10% high value households. He held the series 7 investment license for over 20 years, was a fellow in the life underwriters training council, is a real estate advisor and a certificated assisted living administrator. In addition, Carl graduated with honors with a degree in business administration ( finance ) from New York University. Carl, is a unique class of person whose clients’ benefited because of his dedication as a true professional in the areas of banking, insurance, investments and real estate.
